SUBMITTING YOUR VIDEO

Before submitting your video, please click the RULES tab below to review our submission guidelines. When ready, click the ADD VIDEO tab and follow the prompts. IMPORTANT: If your client is featured in the video please complete our RELEASE FORM prior to submitting.

VIDEO SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:

Content:

  • Your video should showcase the client’s barrier and how your device helped overcome it.
  • There are 3 different device categories: Recreational, Vocational, and Mobility. When submitting your video, please indicate which category your video falls.
  • If the video shows your client using the device, great, but if not the chapter coordinator or volunteer can demo the device.
  • If you do decide to include your client in the video, please have them sign this RELEASE FORM
  • Videos can be shot on cellphone cameras; they do not have to be professionally done.
  • The video must be 15-90 seconds long and uploaded to YouTube, Facebook or Vimeo
  • Chapters and Clubs can submit as many videos as they would like over the course of the contest. However, likes will only be counted from one video (they cannot be added up).
  • A video cannot be re-submitted from last year’s Tetra Nation competition. However, a previously designed device can be used!

Tetra Chapters

  • Videos that are submitted will be showcased on the Tetra Nation website, the Tetra Society of North America Facebook page, and on our YouTube Channel throughout the course of the campaign.
  • Videos must be submitted by active chapter coordinators or volunteers, either technical or outreach.
  • All videos must be submitted on this website and will be released on Wednesdays, at our discretion, throughout the duration of the campaign

University Tetra Clubs

  • Students must be enrolled in post-secondary education, and working on the Tetra project
  • Videos that are submitted will be showcased on the Tetra Nation website, the Tetra Society of North America Facebook page, and on our YouTube Channel throughout the course of the campaign.
  • Videos must be submitted by a member of a Tetra Society school club. Don’t have a Tetra club at your school? Start one today!
  • All videos must be submitted on this website and will be released on Wednesdays, at our discretion, throughout the duration of the campaign
